Salesforce Administrator – Responsible for Salesforce lightning setup & configurations, data migration and conducting end-user training. Create, maintain, and enhance declarative Salesforce features that include Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Flow, Reports, Dashboards, assignment rules, sharing rules, duplicate rules, auto-response rules, Roll-up summary fields, etc. Create custom object, custom fields and validations. Handle Salesforce case management and customization. Customize Conga Solutions and Adobe Sign integration. Build and customize Salesforce CPQ products, solution bundles, product rules, price rules and advance approval chains. Perform data analysis and cleanup, including mass load and data transformation using Data Loader and DemandTools. Conduct user administration by creating users, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups and queues. Customize page layouts, objects, attributes and reports in Salesforce. Elicit requirements, conduct user interviews and attend stakeholders’ meetings. Resolve user generated help tickets related to Salesforce. Support partner implementations within our internal instance. Perform unit testing and integration testing of new application functionality. Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing. Work with Salesforce Lighting platform, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Data Loader, DemandTools, Workbench, MS Word and MS Excel.Worksite: Relocation for long/short-term projects to various unanticipated client sites in the U.S. will be required.
